In coordination with the Group HR team, to oversee industrial relations, recruitment, training and development coordination, HR administration of a 500 manpower coal mining company. Suitable candidates are preferably able to relocate to Samarinda.
Requirements:
- Job location: Separi, Samarinda
- Roster schedule or relocate to Samarinda
- Maximum 50 years of age
- Minimum 'S 1' for Human Resources and / or Psychology; Preferably with continued study in Law for 'S 2' degree
- Minimal 3-5 years working experience as an HRD & GA Manager in mining environment with exposure to handling Industrial Relations matter
- Competent in manpower law
- Has strong leadership character and good social skill
- English proficiency – verbally and in writing
- Can work under pressure
