Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
1. Programme Administration
- Responsible for the full spectrum of training administration and coordination as well as smooth running of assigned executive programs.
- Coordinate with client and faculty on requirements and deliverables.
- Manage admin matters such as pre-readings, course materials/folder compilation, monitor project submissions, results and evaluations tabulations, keeping track of participants’ assessment grades, modules taken
- Organise post-program briefings/feedback session
- Administer fee collection, invoicing and payments
- Coordinate faculty's schedules and time-table for the programs.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Resourceful, confident, organized, meticulous and responsible, good with data and details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpointetc).
- Strong communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation
- Able to work positively, productively with diverse agencies/companies/
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and complete tasks within short deadlines
- Excellent time, resource and project management skill
- Team player
