Responsibilities


1. Programme Administration

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of training administration and coordination as well as smooth running of assigned executive programs.
  • Coordinate with client and faculty on requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage admin matters such as pre-readings, course materials/folder compilation, monitor project submissions, results and evaluations tabulations, keeping track of participants’ assessment grades, modules taken
  • Organise post-program briefings/feedback session
  • Administer fee collection, invoicing and payments
  • Coordinate faculty's schedules and time-table for the programs.

 
Requirements

  • Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Resourceful, confident, organized, meticulous and responsible, good with data and details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpointetc).
  • Strong communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Able to work positively, productively with diverse agencies/companies/
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and complete tasks within short deadlines
  • Excellent time, resource and project management skill
  • Team player
