Requirements :
- Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other
- relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of all around HR experience in managerial position in Retail Industry
- Experience in setting and developing HR function; especially Training & Development,
- performance management, condition career development & succession planning
- Strong analytical and organizational skill
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
- Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
