Indonesia – Yogyakarta
Responsibilities :
Under HR Manager's supervision, the Human Resource Assistant will participate and provide support in all HR functions at Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta, and will contribute to its successful set-up and development in the following:
- All activities related to recruitment: test and interview schedule, recruiting events, filing CV, updating recruitment database, etc
- Works related to insurance, labor contracts, labor registration, personnel paperwork, studio life (celebrations, team-building activities and others for staff) according to HR Manager's assignments;
- Communication out of or inside the company serving HR activities;
- Other HR activities when required by management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related areas
- Experience in HR is preferable
- Office computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking), and excellent Bahasa Indonesia
- Well-organized and sociable
- Sense of responsibility, result-orientation, flexibility
- Ability to work under high pressure.
