Job description :

Strategic and tactical planning, product design and product management for retail derivative product portfolio to drive growth and ensure long term relevance.

Development and implementation of product strategy.

Developing and implementing the product strategy and product value propositions, considering inputs from stakeholders.

General Product Management.

Assist in developing and implementing the Business derivative value proposition.

Provide input to budgeting process.

Working with existing and potential alliance partners to identify synergies that will be of benefit to both parties.

Working with marketing and sales to develop and implement marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.

Developing content of marketing tool for Retail derivative products internally and externally such as brochures, the Intranet, Internet, events and branch TV.

Interaction with other units to maintain high awareness of retail derivative and identify synergies between different areas.

Qualifications:

Experience in product management (2 years).

Experience in the development of strategic and tactical product and business plans (2 years).

Experience in understanding customer behaviour (5 years).

Business / Technical Knowledge.

Proven track record of initiatives involving business acumen.

Knowledge of Forex, Index Exchange,Comiditi (preferable) Project Management
