Human Resource Officer / Senior Officer - STRAITS CONSULTANCY SERVICES, PT

 

The qualified incumbent will support the HR Superintendent at site to provide administration of all personnel matters, ensuring maintenance of a good filing system.  

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. To ensure HR practices complies with the Manpower Regulation, Collective Labour Agreement and Company's directions.
  2. To ensure that Collective Labour Agreement compliments the Manpower Regulations and Company's directions.
  3. To monitor the enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  4. To provide day-to-day administration of personnel matters (leave, medical claim, MCU, eave and roster recording etc).
  5. To support recruitment, training and development, employee orientation activities as required.
  6. Work with all parties to assist the HR Supt in executing periodical performance assessment and reward management.
  7. To submit regular and ad hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
  8. Promote employee relations, provide counseling if required.
  9. Coordinate with corporate HR Jkt for monthly payroll.
  10. Maintain and promote good relationships external stakeholders. 

 Job Specifications

  1. Degree in law preferred
  2. Good knowledge and understanding of Manpower Regulation
  3. Strong negotiation skill and experience in dealing with labour union.
  4. Good knowledge and understanding of local and Indonesian income tax matters
  5. Proficient in MS Office.
  6. Able to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines.
  7. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill, and meticulous with an eye for details.
  8. A team player.
