Objectives: To Handle all activities related to compensation and benefit for all companies within our Group which shall include administration of Payroll, Jamsostek, Medical Benefit (self-insurance for outpatient and insurance company for inpatient and surgical). And provide site HR support as required.
- Payroll administration
- Update the employees' salaries and other component base on employee change status approved and other memo notification
- Ensure all time attendance record are upload properly to HRIS SunFish, coordinating with HR sites
- Ensure all data for additions and deductions are upload to HRIS before process
- Process monthly payroll and upload to bank
- Maintain and update payroll system
- Distributing the cash payroll from Bank to employee at sites
- Jamsostek administration
- Make monthly report for calculating monthly premium for Jamsostek
- Registration for new employee to Jamsostek and distributing the Jamsostek card
- Medical Benefit
- Record employee medical claim reimbursement
- Update the benefit budget balance in the HRIS SunFish
- Submit monthly endorsement of participant to Insurance company
- Resolve service issues with insurance broker or Insurance providers
- Industrial relation and case settlement
- To function as industrial relations facilitator and mediator as required
- To provide counseling and training where necessary to resolve ambiguities and to introduce HR system to employees
