The qualified incumbent will support the HR Superintendent at site to provide administration of all personnel matters, ensuring maintenance of a good filing system.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- To ensure HR practices complies with the Manpower Regulation, Collective Labour Agreement and Company's directions.
- To ensure that Collective Labour Agreement compliments the Manpower Regulations and Company's directions.
- To monitor the enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- To provide day-to-day administration of personnel matters (leave, medical claim, MCU, eave and roster recording etc).
- To support recruitment, training and development, employee orientation activities as required.
- Work with all parties to assist the HR Supt in executing periodical performance assessment and reward management.
- To submit regular and ad hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
- Promote employee relations, provide counseling if required.
- Coordinate with corporate HR Jkt for monthly payroll.
- Maintain and promote good relationships external stakeholders.
Job Specifications
- Degree in law preferred
- Good knowledge and understanding of Manpower Regulation
- Strong negotiation skill and experience in dealing with labour union.
- Good knowledge and understanding of local and Indonesian income tax matters
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill, and meticulous with an eye for details.
- A team player.
